Lloyd ArmstrongLloyd Armstrong is Chairman of CNB’s Board of Directors and has been a board member since 2004. Mr. Armstrong has more than 25 years of diverse oil and gas industry experience. This Cherokee Nation citizen has held vice-president positions at Goodrich Petroleum and Mission Resources Corporation, both based in Houston. He’s also been a manager, director or consultant at several other oil and gas companies. Mr. Armstrong holds a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern State University with a double major in accounting and business administration. |
David BallewDavid Ballew is currently Manager of Derivative Finance at ONEOK, where he manages all of the hedging and derivative activity. Previously, Mr. Ballew was the Manager of Finance and Accounting of Tulsa’s CITGO Petroleum Corporation. He brings the board more than 19 years of experience in managerial positions. Prior to joining CITGO in 1987, he received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern State University, worked as an accountant, and then as an Income Tax Analyst. Mr. Ballew, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
William GrassBill Grass, a Cherokee citizen, brings decades of sound business experience to the CNB Board of Directors. Serving as president of TRON-Tek, Inc., for the past 22 years has given Mr. Grass tremendous experience in marketing, manufacturing and management. Mr. Grass also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Cherokee Nation Industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas, a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma, a bachelor's degree in business administration from Angelo State University and an Associate of Arts from Bacone College in Muskogee. Mr. Grass has been a guest lecturer in marketing, management, finance and business at various academic institutions. |
Dennis Jay HannahJay Hannah serves on the CNB Board of Directors and is the Chairman of Cherokee Nation Enterprises’ Board of Directors. A Cherokee Nation citizen, Mr. Hannah is the Executive Vice President of Financial Services at BancFirst in Oklahoma City. Mr. Hannah received his Bachelor of Arts from Northeastern State University and a Master of Arts from Oklahoma State University. This Cherokee citizen was Co-Chair of the Cherokee Nation Private Industry Council, a Commissioner on the Constitution Convention Commission, and Chairman of the 1999 Constitution Convention. He is active in the Oklahoma Native American Cultural and Education Authority, Oklahoma Humanities Council, Beck-Hilderbrand Museum Association, and the Northeastern State University Foundation. |
Eddie HumphreyEddie Humphrey is a retired petroleum professional, who holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa. This Certified Public Accountant spent more than 29 years with CITGO Petroleum Corporation, where he served as the executive vice president of administration, chief financial officer, treasurer and controller, and chief accounting officer. He has extensive experience in the petroleum refining industry. While at CITGO, he had extensive involvement in corporate financing in a variety of capital markets. |
M.A. LechtenbergerM.A. Lechtenberger, a citizen of the Cherokee Nation, is a retired petroleum professional who spent 20 years with Exxon and 13 years with CITGO Petroleum Inc. His time in the petroleum industry brought him engineering, economic, project, operational and technical management experience. During his career he had the opportunity to work at six world-class refineries and held senior management positions at four refineries.
